Apartment Allegra- Modern holiday apartment with many extras included
The apartment, situated in St. Moritz, can be rented as a 4 ½- respectively 3 ½- rooms accommodation with 6
respectively 4 beds.
Off season the apartment is also leased as a 2 ½-rooms accommodation with 2 beds . Renting is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
The apartment is in the top floor of a newly constructed house in 2005. The visible wood construction of the roof gives the apartment a warm appearance.
The apartment is lovingly equipped, bright and sunny and offers a marvellous view to the mountains.
At the covered balcony on the west side you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. A second balcony is on the east side.
The apartment is wheelchair suitable, there is a lift from underground parking, all doors are 80 cm large and there is a flat access to shower.
Nevertheless the apartment offers a heater mat. It is a non- smoking area, where pets are not allowed.

Living-/dining room Our living- and dining room is well appointed with: ceramic floor, large table with 6 chairs, nice leather suit, closed fireplace, cable TV ( over 60 stations) with DVD player, cable radio (over 40 stations) with CD player, phone with net call charge, ADSL-/DSL-access (free of charge) and a library with many books and hiking proposals.	Open kitchen Open kitchen with: large fridge with freezing compartment, oven and micro wave, dish washer, raclette oven and fondue equipment, filter- and Espresso-coffee machine, generously equipped with table and cooking ware, pressure cooker, glasses for all opportunities, iron and ironing board and a basic set of spices, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar.	Parents room The parents room is equipped with:oak parquet floor, bed linen nordic style, 1 double bed 180 cm large, matress of high quality, 1 wardrobe for 2 persons and 1 board for suitcase.
Corviglia room Our cosy Corviglia room is furnished with: oak parquet floor, bed linen nordic style, 1 double bed 160 cm large, matress of high quality, 1 wardrobe for 2 persons and 1 board for suitcase.	Balcony room The balcony room with: oak parquet floor, bed linen nordic style, 2 single beds 90 cm large, matresses of high quality, 1 wardrobe for 2 persons and a children bed, if required, instead of 1 single bed.	Bath and toilet Our bath and toilet is just like our shower and toilet equipped with: towel radiator, hair dryer, Towels inclusive (2 sets / week / person).
