Saas-Fee, the “Pearl of the Alps”, starts where the road stops: Saas-Fee is car-free. A magical world with no cars. The heart seems to skip a beat amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery and majestic glacier landscape. Nestled amidst this captivating alpine landscape with unbroken views of mountains and glaciers, the Etoile-Hotel is situated in in the most sunny and quiet spot of the village called the „Wildi“.

By car Visitors travelling by car from the north travel via Bern through the Lötschberg tunnel (car-train), from the east via the Furka pass (or car-train) and from the south via the Simplon pass. You reach the Saas Valley from the west of Switzerland via Lausanne and through the Rhone valley to Visp. By train Visitors travelling by train travel to Brig or Visp and change to the post bus with the direct destination "Saas-Fee". Check your luggage in at your local station and collect it at the bus station at Saas-Fee. Air Basel EuroAirport, Bern Airport, Genève Airport, Zürich Airport, Milano Malpensa Airport Car-parks Saas-Fee is car-free! You can leave your car in the covered car-park or at the outdoor car-park at the entrance to the village. We will get you to the hotel Etoile in our electrically-powered taxi and then you can start to enjoy your holiday without your car! The Saas-Fee visitor's card entitles you to a reduction on parking fees from the 2nd day.
