The Silvretta Ski Arena, a paradiese for skiers and sanowboarders alike, connects Ischgl and the Swiss duty-free zone of Samnaun via 42 ski lift and cable car facilities and approx, 200 km of well ý groomed pistes.
The main skiing area ( 90%) lies between 2,000 and 2,872m ý you can ski from the end of November to the beginning of May, due to its snowy north slopes.
Ischgl has a permanent, generally accessible half-pipe for snowboarders, as well as a Boarderýs Paradiese , with four areas and 30 obstacles.
The center of the Silvretta Ski Arena is the Idalpý at 2,311m sea ý level. There you will find two restaurants, the skiing school meeting place and the ski and guest kindergarten.

Our house has two vacation dwellings and is 5 km from the place centre of Ischgl removed, in the area Valzur situated. You can enjoy the quiet of our valley optimally here and nevertheless you always are in the middle of the event within less minutes.

Our small apartment offers a lot:
It is equipped with two double rooms, a living room, kitchen, bath room and WC and a small anteroom with hall-stand.
In the living room you find a seating accommodation, cable TV, radio and a sunny balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, coffee-machine, glasses and plates.
You get bed linen and towels from us.
The apartment is situated in the top floor of the house and a. 45m²large.



In just a minute you reach the bus station, which is 40 m away from our house.
In addiction you get from us the Ischgl-VIP-Card, with which you have a lot of advantages!

Apartment 2

(6 - 7 persons)


Our large apartment is very spacious: it has 2 double and one triple rooms, every with an own wash-basin.

The kitchen at the same time the day room is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee-machine, glasses and plates.
Furthermore you have radio and SAT - TV at your disposal.
The bathroom and WC are reachable by a spacious anteroom and are separated. In the anteroom there is as well as in all rooms a hall-stand.
You get bed linen and towels from us.
On request we get fresh rolls and bread for you every morning (except Sundays!).
