Our Sports Hotel is situated in the middle of the Thuringian Forest. Here you can discover the largest, snow-reliable ski resort in Thuringia! The terrain on the mountain has a decided beginner and intermediate style to it but advanced skiers and riders have some excellent glades from which to choose. In addition, Steinach also offers one of the top cross country areas in East Germany. Over 130 kilometers of trails stretch through wooded areas and across wide open terrain.

Our hotel is located between the little train station and the market place of Steinach. The shuttle bus (it´s for free) runs from the market on weekends and holiday times and will take you to the ski resort.

We offer 17 extraordinary designed rooms and 5 holiday flats . All rooms correspond to different types of sports (ski-jumping, canoeing,  e.g.) and are colour co-ordinated.
