The 8 apartments of Saint Mauritzien are the heart of our house. Naturally furnished in solid wood, they radiate warmth and cosiness. The local, carefully worked larch timber of the floors and 2nd floor rafters provides for a pleasant living environment.

After a varied day in the mountains surrounding our beautiful Ahrntal, when you are pleasantly tired from hiking, mountain climbing or biking and filled with new impressions, there is nothing more agreeable than returning to unwind to your heart’s content in the lovingly furnished holiday apartment or cozy cottage with a massage or all by yourself in our rustic sauna.

The love of nature and her bounty as well as a hearty atmosphere are newly apparent to us every day in the Mair zu Hof residence in the Ahrntal. You can while away pleasant hours in cheerful company and also sample vintage South Tyrolean "Rebgenüsse" with your two hosts on any evening of the week in the cozy wine bar of our Naturresidenz in Sand in Taufers.
