Distance Measurement (Only available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium)
If you have already found your favorite ski resort you can compute the distance between your hometown and the ski resort by using our Distance Measurement. Just type in the zip code or the name of your city and then choose the ski resort you want to travel to. Immediatelly the air-line distance will be computed. An approximate value for the distance on road is also displayed but this distance can differ extremely from the real one.
Radius Search (Only available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium)
You are staying for ski vacation in a winter sport region and you want to know which ski resorts can be found there. Just use the Radius-Search Feature of the Ski resort Configurator. Just type in your holiday destination (zip code or name of town) and type in how far the ski resort can be away from your holiday destination. You will get a list of ski resorts inside the specified radius. Of course the exact air-line distance to the ski resort is given too.

Our teams are valuating ski resorts in different categories, like suitability for beginners, intermediate skiers, experts, snowboarders or families. Just specify how many stars the ski resort must have obtained in the different categories in our test. A detailed list of skiing-areas which fit your demands will be generated
Combi Search (Only available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium)
As the name implies the Combi-Search feature of the Ski resort Configurator is a mix of two algorithms: The Radius-Search and the Reference Search. With the Combi-Search you can for examplefind perfect ski resorts for snowboarder or families within a given radius around your ski resort.

Attention! All distances calculated are air-line distances. Given road distances are approximate values (130% of the air-line distance) and can differ extremely from the real distance. Only in case of the distance being rather long the approximation is relatively stable. Use www.maps24.com if you need exact road distances. |
