Resort Review Adelboden Lenk - Families
Perfect Areas for Families!

|
A total of 185 kilometres of skiable terrain might seem a little big and confusing to families with small children at first. Yet, the good thing about Adelboden-Lenk is that this ski region is divided into smaller areas, providing ideal practising space without the risk of losing sight of the child. The quiet and straightforward beginner‘s area on Engstligenalp (1964m) with its Children‘s Land and exercising lifts is the perfect terrain to show the smallest their first turns on skies. At the same time the red, black and blue trails (100-106) offer a nice change for sportive parents. These slopes are also ideal to introduce experienced children safely to more difficult terrain. The same accounts for the two other small areas Frutigen-Elsigen-Metsch, with the Children‘s Land located directly next to the mountain station of Elsigback-Elsigenalp gondola, and Betelberg-Lenk, where you find the Children‘s Land at the midway-station of Stross-Leterli gondola. Families who like to save some money can buy lift tickets for only one of these regions. All those who move around the biggest connecting part of Adelboden-Lenk can find the Children‘s Land with several practising lifts in Geils (1707m). Yet, be careful to not leave your children by themselves in this big and confusing area. More experienced children, however, will have an exciting time on the various challenging trails of Adelboden-Lenk.
