Alta Badia provides quite some fun filled opportunities for boarders. Highlight is the new boarder park situated on the Piz la Ila – Piz Sorega Plateau. There freestylers are provided with boarder-cross, different kickers and rails. Those who prefer the slopes to the park will be confronted with some unpleasant flat crossovers which could cause especially beginners some difficulty. Alta Badia with its vast easy terrain is not really challenging for experienced boarders. Therefore we recommend skilled boarders to extend the snow excursion to the Sella Ronda which is easily accessible from Alta Badia. However we still award Alta Badia 4 stars in the snowboarding category due to the new boarder-park.
