The eastern side of the mountain is probably the most interesting spot for very skilled skiers. The two difficult runs Osthangstrecke (G) and Weltcupstrecke (I) are situated there and should cater to the experts needs. The permanent training circuit can also be used of course. A downer is the fact that these slopes can only be accessed by taking the sextuple gondola. As quite a few winter sports enthusiasts use this gondola the results are waiting lines.
