Resort Review Arosa - Experts

Little challenge for experts

Evaluation Experts: Arosa: Evaluation: 3
Only 5km of demanding slopes are not enough for expert skiers! Less than 10% of the slopes in Arosa are marked black and hence fit the demands of very good skiers. Unfortunately Arosa’s entire skiable terrain is not very demanding. Furthermore a training area or mogul slopes are completely missing. Consequently we cannot recommend Arosa to expert skiers for a longer vacation. A day trip to this friendly ski resort however will be a rewarding experience even to the very skilled among the winter athletes. Slopes no. 10, 11 and 12 leading down from Weisshorn peak are the most demanding descents in Arosa. Due to good snow cover from December to April, freeskiers are provided with powder-runs of different skill levels in the upper parts of the ski-resort. And in the early morning hours chances for some great first-track experiences are pretty high in Arosa.
