The winter sports resort Arosa is the perfect destination for inexperienced skiers and families due to the numerous easy slopes (more than half of Arosa`s terrain is labelled easy). At the base stations in Arosa special kids hotels have specialized on families. And parents who want to spend a day on the slopes without their offspring can drop the kids off at the “Alpen Micky Maus Club”. There the kiddies can gain confidence on skis in the care of special skiing instructors. Despite the many advantages for families we can also recommend better skiers a day trip to Arosa. 60km of groomed slopes are still not to be looked down upon and will take a day to be explored. And when the weather is nice visitors can enjoy one of the best mountain sceneries in Grisons.
