Skischaukel Berwangertal offers its guests 35 kilometers of slopes of all levels of difficulty. Twenty-four of those, or almost 70%, are easy trails, so it’s no wonder really that Berwang is such a popular destination in the Zugspitz Arena for both beginners as well as families with small boarders and skiers alike. Intermediate skiers and off-piste fans will love the red trails and ski tour paths off the 1740 meter-high Oberer Rastkopf. A variety of other winter activities also await visitors at Berwangertal; whether you prefer luging down into the valley or exploring cross-country style, you certainly won’t be at a loss if you decide you’d like to spend a day outside of your ski boots. And that is only a fraction of what the picturesque mountain village of Berwang in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena has to offer, which is why we recommend coming out and exploring the idyllic winter sport wonderland for yourself.
