Novice skiers who have never stood on skis before will definitely feel comfortable and safe in Lenggries. An easy and convenient introduction to snowsports is provided at the base as well as in Wegscheid as several easy slopes are located there. Especially recommendable are lift 2 in Lenggries and lift 4 – 7 in Wegscheid where also a babylift can be found. Once the skiing basics are mastered it is no problem to transfer to the intermediate terrain. Solely missing are gondolas or chairlifts which access easy terrain.
