American ski resorts are not really famous for après ski. Breckenridge is not an exception and can definitely not compete with après hot spots in Austria for instance. Still we think Breckenridge is well suitable for all winter athletes who don’t want their ski day to end with lift-closure. Breckenriges old mine-town charm and the many bars, pubs and restaurants on “Main Street” make sure that also those that like a good night out in town spend an enjoyable holiday. We recommend the “Sherpa & Yeti`s” or the “Cecilias” where even live music is not an exception. During daytime, three mountain restaurants and several restaurants at the bases see to the winter athletes wellbeing. We especially enjoyed the “Vista Haus” at Peak 8.
