The ski resort above Brigels, Waltensburg and Andiast does absolutely fit the needs of families, beginners and intermediate skiers. Only two slopes which ad up to 5km out of 75 km are marked as very demanding. The speed slope with velocity measurement is an advantage for Brigels in the category “professionals”. Unfortunately the velocity measurement is only active if it is rented by a ski association. Another advantage is the large free-ride area between Miret mountain station (2418m) and Gneida (1450m). This free-ride area descends 4km down into the beautiful Ladral-valley. If there were a few more demanding (black marked) slopes available a better grade than 4 stars out of 5 would certainly be possible for Brigels.
