An abundance of outback possibilities make up for only two small terrain parks! |

The dazzling array of slopes of all levels of difficulty is equally attractive for snowboarders. And between all the groomed slopes there are also numerous ungroomed powder runs (of course only when snow cover is good!) And because almost the entire resort is below tree line (only exception are the trails from thr 2525m high Mont Joly) the ungroomed terrain is quite avalanche safe. Snowboarders who appreciate a proper terrain-park might be slightly disappointed of Combloux-Megève-St.Gervais. There are only two small terrain-parks (located on the westface of Mont D’arbois and at the Choucas-trail in Combloux) which feature solely small kickers and quarter-pipes. You will look in vain for large kickers, rails let alone a half-pipe. The excellent array of slopes and the terrific location right at the Mont Blanc however make up for any missing terrain park and is certainly a worthwhile attraction also for boarders!
