We’re letting the cat out of the bag right away. The features that Crans Monana has in store for snowboarders offer unequalled opportunities in Switzerland. Numerous outback possibilities, broad slopes and quite comfortable lift facilities (however 50% are tow lifts) are real fun boosters. The absolute nonplus ultra is the boraderpark on the mountainside of the 2400 m high Petit Bonvin featuring numerous grand kickers and rails. In the funpark’s center boarders will find the snowbar “Snowpark” which caters to the boarders needs with food and beverages. The sun chairs invite the boarders to relax after spectacular jumping and take in the beautiful view of several of Europes highest mountains while listening to the beat of Black and Hip Hop. Solely a half pipe was missing at the time of testing. Nevertheless there is no way we could reward this ski resort with less than 5 stars in the snowboarders’ category!
