In the snowboard category you really have to distinct between freestyle snowboarders and those who prefer racing down groomed slopes. The broad intermediate slopes are well-suitable for fast descents. Snowboarders who prefer off-piste rides will find the ungromed trails very attractive. Novices will find perfectly groomed runs and should be able to master the intermediate slopes without any bigger problems. Solely the many tow lifts in Dachstein West can become exhausting to snowboarders. Last but not least the excellent boarder park “Central Park” is a real challenge to boarders. There are many rails and tables available. Additionally four kickers which are perfectly shaped every morning.
