Resort Review Davos Parsenn Jakobshorn - Experts
Off-piste paradise!

All 5 sub-areas in Davos are a standout in terms of off-piste skiing and riding. „Parsenn“ and „Jakobshorn“ the two largest resort areas are especially attractive due to their clear structure. Thus the numerous freeride options can be checked out without running the risk of getting lost. Skiing groomed terrain is also fun at both skiing areas. At „Parsenn“ pros should not miss out on the difficult black runs from the „Weissfluhgipfel“ and down to „Wolfgang“. But watch out: From „Wolfgang“ you have to take the Rhaetian Railway to get back to the skiing area which takes a bit of time. "Parsenn" (unlike the other 4 subareas in Davos) features modern ski lift facilities which is a real plus feature. But we recommend the expert skiers to not only stick to "Parsenn" because the "Jakobshorn" subarea is definitely worth a visit. The trail map might not look it but the terrain is excellent. The runs are extremely wide which will appeal especially to carvers. A must are the trsild at the „Brämabüel“. Especially the „Moräne“ is a trail our test team simply couldn't get enough of!
