The ski resort Ehrwalder Alm is nestled into the flanks of the Wetterstein Massif and the 2962m high Zugspitze. It is part of the ski compound Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Munich the ski resort is easily reachable via the highway (Autobahn) A95, exit Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In Garmisch-Griesen cross the border to Austria and continue another 13 km to the Tiroler Zugspitzarena and Ehrwald where 26 km of skiable terrain await all winter enthusiasts. (Further information to Ehrwald from other directions see www.ehwalderalmbahn.at). In Ehrwald you can park your car in proximity to the Ehrwalder Almbahn gondola.
