The BetterPark (existing since 2006) attracts both freestyle and freeski fans. The terrain park is located right by the Klämmlilift and is always perfectly shaped! The park features everything a snowboarder’s heart could desire: jumps, rails boxes as well as an easy line for newcomers to the air & style department as well as a medium line for experienced riders. All those who prefer groomed terrain beneath their feet there are 26 km of groomed terrain at the disposal of all winter athletes in Ehrwald. We can especially recommend the Jägerhütte - trail nr 2 which is just perfect for some really wide turns. Experienced riders have to check out the difficult Panorama trail nr 6 which slopes down the 1925m high Issentalkopf . Riders who prefer ungroomed to groomed terrain need to check the other ski resorts if the ski compound Tiroler Zugspitzarena as there are no ski routes nor any real offpiste opportunities to be found in Ehrwalder Alm. Never the less Ehrwalder Alm receives excellent 4 out of 5 stars in the snowboard category.
