Resort Review Engelberg Titlis - Intermediate Skiers

TOP for athletic and ambitious winter sports atheletes!

Evaluation Intermediate Skiers: Engelberg Titlis: Evaluation: 5
„Engelberg-Titlis“ is a true paradise for those who are skilled on skis. The 82 kilometers of skiable terrain at „Engelberg-Titlis“ are located amidst a gorgeous mountain scenery but you can be sure that the resort has way more to offer than a breathtaking view. A must for all advanced skiers is the descent from the „Hohen Titlis“ (3020m) down to „Engelberg“ (1050m). It is one of the longest runs in Switzerland and demands from skiers to vanquish 2000 meters in altitude over 12 kilometers of length. The ski lift facilities are also excellent. Particularly the rotating panorama gondola from „Stand“ up to the „Klein Titlis“ is a real treat. All runs between „Stand“ and „Trübsee“ are great terrain for advanced riders. Also fun to ride are the descents between „Jochalp“ and „Engstlenalp“ on the opposite side of the resort. Nurmerous options to ride off-piste complete the versatile and demanding offerings at „Engelberg-Titlis“. Attention: Crevasses and the current avalanche situation should not be underestimated!
