In the category intermediate skiers the “Falkert” resort can convince with its snow safety. Who wants to go skiing until well into spring should visit “Falkert” which is located at a height of 1700 m. Here it has lots of snow because of its location so high up. But for all that the offers for intermediate skiers are rather so-so. The four intermediate slopes definitely have their attractions but the ski tow facilities are of little comfort. Despite the fact that the “Falkert” resort with its five lifts belongs to the smaller resorts, it nevertheless has a few nice descents and could absolutely become more attractive with modernized lift facilities. And because “Falkert” wants to be a resort for “kids and oldies” (as said in its slogan) one could expect it to have a chair lift. Another advantage that shouldn’t be forgotten is the outstanding carving route, the “Falkerlift” descent (21), where you can leave behind your ski poles.
