Some fine restaurants in the village but absolutely no night life in Falls Creek

Valuation Apres Ski:

Falls hosts some fine, cosy restaurants, a café and a bar are also to be found in the village. However night life is practically inexistent. The “Window to the Alps” restaurant is a must-visit in Falls. The mountain view that can be seen through the huge windows is stunning and the local dishes served there will please pretty much every palate. Up the stairs at the Astra Lodge you can find the Astra Vodka Bar, the best après spot in Falls Creek. Unfortunately there are no other discos or other pubs where spirits are high even after lifts close. The next small town is Mt Beauty, a 30min drive on a serpentine road. If you prefer skiing to partying on the mountain, Falls Creek is the perfect place for you. If you like après-ski (and can´t afford a flight to Austria) you should choose Mt Buller or Mt Hotham as your vacation destination.
