Unfortunately for professional riders there is not one single category black run to be found at the resort „Fellhorn-Kanzelwand“. The „Nebelhorn“ offers the only two short category black runs in the skiing region „Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal“. At the skiing area „Fellhorn-Kanzelwand“ the ski route „e“(Check out mountain map!) alongside the 4-passenger chair lift „VI“ recompensates very skilled skiers for the missing black descents. This ski route is nothing but a hefty bump run and should it have enough snow a wonderful 500 meter powder slope. Apart from this ski route, skilled skiers will several other options around the „Fellhorn“ (2037 m) and the „Kanzelwand“ (2059 m). The necessary snow can usually be found December through to April. The category red base area descent Nr.1/2 down to „Faistenoy“ and the 4.5 kilometer run Nr. 15 will also challenge skilled skiers! Tos um it up: Great for freeriders ! Too little category black runs for slope riders!
