17 out of 22 kilometers of slope at the resort „Fellhorn-Kanzelwand“ are rated category red which will make advanced riders happy. Particularly nice are the two base area descents from the „Fellhorn“ down to „Faistenoy“ and run Nr. 15 from the mountain station „Kanzelwand“ down to „Riezlern“. Both of them have a length of over 4 kilometers. Both runs offer some challenging passages and should you want to make the descent at once you really have tob e a fit skier. Almost all runs at the resort however are very suitable for advanced riders and the modern ski lift facilities (only from the base areas you have to take the gondola) will bring you up hill fairly quick. The gorgeous panorama of the „Allgäuer Alps“ and the Alpine foreland will turn your vacation at „Oberstdorf“ or at the „Kleinwalsertal“ into an unforgettable stay.
