Over half of the runs are category red!

With 20 kilometers of category red terrain the almost 60 % oft he resorts slopes are of medium difficulty. Athletic riders have enough options to enjoy themselves and go for it on advanced level runs. For the more advanced riders the „Henne“ (2078m) (all the way on the left on the mountain map!) is the most interesting part of the resort. This area is only reachable via the 2-passenger chair-lift „Reckmoos“. As the area is divided from the rest of the skiing resort advanced riders are basically among themselves and can therefore enjoy their carving verves undisturbed by less skilled riders. Here we can recommend all runs without exception: the „Reckmoos-Nord“ run (10), the „Sonnenmulde“ (11) and the „Reckmoos-Süd“ run (12). The very steep category black „Reckmoos-Nord“ descent (10A) is simply a treat. Thanks tot he modern ski-lift-facilities „Reckmoos-Süd“ 8-passenger gondola and the „Hochhörndl“ 4-passenger chair-lift the up-hill transportation is quick and comfortable. Having reached the mountain station of the „Hochhörndl“ chair-lift at 2020 meters you should take the time to check out the wonderful panorama oft he „Kitzbühler Alps“.
