The beautiful mountain village Galtür which has managed to retain its ancient mountain village heritage and original charm is not a party destination. But you can definitely let the evening wind down on a cosy note at several locations. The ¨Fluchthornalm¨ is even home to live concerts every now and then and the ¨Weiberhimmel¨ (lady´s heaven) apres ski bar is quite popular and highly frequented ( not only for its name). Last but not least the ´Huberstadl¨ provides everything from austrian popular music up to the latest hits of the apres ski scene. The apres ski offer is nice but limited and the party does not last late into the night. However night owls can easily drive the 10km to Ischgl – one of Austrias most famous apres ski destinations – and party all night long into the wee hours of the morning!
