With hits by DJ Ötzi and friends particularly the „Gitschhütte“ near the mountain station of the 4 passenger chair-lift „Breiteben“ (Nr. 205) offers real après-ski feeling. As the „Eisecktal“ offers sunny days over avarage in South Tyrol deck chairs at the sun terraces are usually occupied in no time. The „Pichlerhütte“ as well as the other five huts at the resort serve tasty Tyrolean specialties. The possibility to take a base area descent from every single one oft he huts at the resorts provides for extended après-ski jamboree. From 4 p.m. on the party level at the base area also constantly rises. „Meransen“ itself however has only few Discos and bars. To the night owls among you we recommend the disco „Max“ at „Brixen“ or the dance club „Testarossa“ at „Mühlbach“. What really astonished us were the more than reasonable prices for food and beverages in the skiing region „Eisacktal“.
