“The longest category BLACK run in the whole of the Alps!” – with this fact “Spittal/Drau” attracks the experts among the skiers. A real pro in the field of alpine downhill skiing should not miss this run. Neither expense nor effort are spared by the ski lift facility operators to maintain their pride and joy. In virtually all weathers the slope is perfectly smoothed out and groomed. However, it can happen that the black descent (8) is temporarily closed, as preparation works are laborious and time-consuming. The rest of the resort is not exactly that satisfying for very skilled skiers. Only the ski routes (2/3) and the speed run (10) are of real interest for skiers on the expert level.
