Wengen -Grindelwald skiing at its most beautiful!

Attention: This ski resort was tested and rated together with „Grindelwald-First“ (same ski pass).The following test report rates the resort area „Kleine Scheidegg-Mänlichen“. The local tourism board claims you’re offered skiing in the most beautiful scenery at „Scheiddegg“. And it definitely is a really special experience to ski and ride surrounded by the „Eiger“ (3970m), the „Mönch“ (4099m) and the „Jungfrau“ (4158m). The resort is located in the „Berner Oberland“. Westbound it is easily reacheable via the autobahn A& via „Bern“ and „Interlaken/Widerswil“. Coming eastbound from „Zürich“ it’s recommendale to take the A8. In this case you’ll have to take the „Brünigpass“ at „Lungern“. Should wheather conditions be bad winter equipment is necessary. Have you reached „Widerswil“ (located at the entrance to the „Lütschinentäler“) you can either head for „Grindelwald“ or more westward to „Lauterbrunnen“. From there a cog railroad will take you to „Wengen“ which is an auto-free zone. At „Grindelwald“ you can park your car at one of the many parking lots, whereas at „Lauterbrunnen“ the only option is the parking garage at the railroad station.
