„Großglockner“ resort „Kals/Matrei“ – The skiing hit at the foot of the „Großglockner“!

The resort „Kals/Matrei“, located in the direct neighborhood of the „Großglockner“ is one the nicest in East Tyrol. The „großglockner“ resort hast wo entrances: one at the idyllic village „Kals“ and the other at the touristic „Matrei“. We recommend to enter the resort at „Matrei“. In this case you should take the „A12“ autobahn exit „Kufstein-Süd“ and then follow the B173/178 and then the B 161 towards „Kitzbühel“. Then you take the B 108 towards „Matrei“. At „Matrei“ you’ll find two parking lots near the resort entrances. A ski shuttle commutes between the two entries tot he skiing area.
