Hauser Kaibling – the nicest slopes!
The 2015 m high Hauser Kaibling together with 3 further mountains Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm compose the 4 mountain ski compound Schladming-Dachstein in the Steiermark. The region can be counted among the most popular ski resorts in Austria and is often home to World Ski Cup events. From Germany it is conveniently accessible via several highways. You can take the Tauernautobahn A 10 in direction Salzburg. Exit at the Ennstal and follow another 30 km on the B329 national road until you reach Hauser Kaibling. Or you can travel on the A1 in direction Linz. At the Voralpenkreuz (junction) Wels change to the Phyrnautobahn A 9 until you reach the Selztal junction where you change to the National Road B 320 in direction Haus im Ennstal. When you reach Haus there are ample parking spaces for visitors at the modern base station.| Final grade: |
