Hintertux's ski area is particularly well-rounded for a glacial resort, which ensures that pleasure skiers, snowboarders and even the real aces all feel right at home. Another aspect worth mentioning is the glacial wonderland's technological modernity. Thanks to very modern snow tractors, the slopes are extremely well-groomed. Modern lifts (such as the Gletscherbuses 1-3) make every ride up the mountain a pleasure, and every skier's visit to the resort with ice as far as the eye can see, an unforgettable one – and one that can be re-lived 365 days of the year in a breath-stealing panoramic mountain setting.
