The resort has 4 category blue runs, which is equal to about 8 kilometers of slope, to offer to beginners and less experienced riders. The category red runs in the upper regions oft he resort (runs Nr. 7, 5 & 5) should also be manageable for beginners. At the mountain station of the 2 passenger chair-lift you can find a 60 meters long bow lift which offers beginners a nice starting level. Additional plus: The small resort „Hochwang“ is hardly ever overcrowded. Therefore beginners can practice their first steps on skis without being disturbed.
