With enough snow on the ground the resort above the small mountain village „Fatschel“ becomes a powder el dorado for boarders and free skiers. Most mountain sides are only marginally avalanche prone and beneath the „Goldgruben“ (2284m) you’ll find enough space to be the first to leave your marks in the snow. At the mountain station of the t-bar lift you’ll also find a small fun park for snowboarders, which of course can’t be compared to what you’ll find at big Austrian and Swiss skiing arenas.
