The best connection!
The ski resort Hochfügen / Hochzillertal is situated amidst one of the most beautiful valleys in Austria, the Zillertal (Ziller-valley). Since the interconnection of the two ski resorts Hochfügen and Hochzillertal two bases form the entrances. This explains the ski resorts slogan “The best connection!”. Concretely this means a terrain of 145 skiable km and excellently groomed slopes (31km easy trails, 82 km intermediate level trails, 26 km difficult trails). The ski resort entrance is either in Kaltenbach situated at the B169 the main road in Zillertal or in Hochfügen which lies at 1500m above sea level. Parking lots are sufficient and in walking distance to the cash offices. The 8 passenger gondola in Kaltenbach though does not have a very large uphill capacity therefore this might result in waiting times.| Final grade: |
