Parents will find great activities for their kids right at the base station of the Hahnenkamm as they are provided with a beautiful kids-park there and the easiest lift in the entire ski resort, the baby lift A 9. Unfortunately this is the only area where Kithbühel has considered families with small children or inexperienced children. Other ski resorts, Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See for instance, cater better to the needs of exactly those families. Kitzbühel can not really be referred to as a family oriented ski resort. Still families can have lots of fun in Kitzbühel as far as the kids dipose of skiing skills and are not afraid of intermediate level trails (labeld red). It is clear that for parents who are good skiers this is an excellent ski resort!!!!!
