Kitzbühel - a top destination for skilled skiers

The famous winter sports village Kitzbühel is situated at 100 km from the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck and 80 km from Salzburg. The tourist villages St. Johann, Kirchberg i. Tyrol and Saalbach Hinterglemm are in proximity. From the North one can access Kitzbühel via Bad Reichenhall on the B 312 (main road). In St. Johann continue on the B161. From the south the B161 leads you from Mittersil via the 1200 m high Thurn pass. The large entrance to the ski resort Kitzbühel is possible in Kitzbühel village, in Jochberg or directly on the Thurn pass. The parking possibilties are sufficient of course. If you want to park at the Hahnenkammbahn the parking is with charge (3 euros). In exchange you have video surveillance for your car.
