A diverse alround ski resort

Kühtai situated at 2020 metres above sea level is the highest ski village in Austria and the ultimate snow guarantor. With a total of 37 km of skiable terrain this resorts makes a virtue of its small size getting you to the terrain you like quickly and offering furthermore lots of diversity especially for athletic skiers and families. 4 chairlifts and seven tow-lifts guarantee no waiting times due to their uphill capacity of 16000 pers. / hour. One can be curious about the new project, a sextuple gondola which will take winter sports fans up to 2760m and enables furthermore access to 3 new trails. The ski resort is situated at only 30 km from Innsbruck and is most conveniently accessible via the Autobahn A 12 (highway). From the east the fastest voyage there is via the Sellraintal (exit Zirl Ost). For those coming from the west travel via the Ötztal (exit Ötztal) in order to get to the destination. From the highway exits another 20 km of road need to be covered before arriving at the ski resort.
