There are some differences between the German-spoken ski resorts (Germany, Austria, part of Switzerland) and France. There is for instance a 4th, the green category for slopes but especially striking is the fact that the Après Ski in France is considerably calmer. In Les 7 Laux on a terrain of 120 km only 5 mountain restaurants can be found. And none of the restaurants provides the typical Aprés Ski atmosphere that we are used to from the important centers for winter sports in Austria. For those who prefer calm and cosy get- togethers to party atmosphere will enjoy Les 7 Laux, but après fans won’t have their wishes fulfilled.
