Loveland - snow guarantee in Colorado

The ski resorts in the Rockies are due to their altitude among the snow-surest resorts worldwide and are famous for powder skiing and riding! “Loveland Ski Resort” is located at the highest point of the Loveland-Pass. The base of the skiresort is located at 3231m above sea level. The highest lift takes winter athletes to 4000m above sea level. Consequently Loveland`s gates open at the end of oktober. A further advantage is the fact that the ski resort is easily accessible (far easier than most Colorado resorts). The ski resort base is situated right next to Interstate 70 and from Denver it`s only 90km to the Loveland Pass. As Loveland is among the less known resorts prices for lift-tickets, food and beverages are on the less expensive side.
