At the first glance you can see: children love “Meran2000”. Many families are already more than familiar with the amenities of the Italian resort for young and old, so that they are always in good company and it never gets boring. At the mountain station of the gondola you’ll find a children’s area with a “magic carpet”. Here kids can easily do their first steps. Also noteworthy are the lit-up chute and the flood-light runs where night skiing takes place on a regular basis (Check out www.meran2000.com) For all youngsters with a little more experience the category red runs should be no problem. The only descent that should be avoided when riding with children is the “Mittager” run. All in all we can definitely recommend the resort “Meran 2000” to families – 4.5. stars in this category.
