The Mölltaler Glacier is one of the few glacier ski resorts that provides a very challenging slope (black label) even during summer (the Schareck[4] slope). This mogul slope is truly worthy of praise. But keep in mind that this part of the ski resort is only for those who are strong of leg, lung and courage. This slope is steep and expert skiers can work on their skiing skills even during summertime. Thanks to the broad slopes carving at the Mölltaler Glacier is quite an experience. There are not many resorts that provide summer skiing with the opportunity of covering 800m difference in altitude. If you bring your own equipment there is the possibility of installing a slalom slope on the glacier.
