Rustic huts and many umbrella bars will delight you

Even though Gurgl is a bit more quiet and peaceful than neighboring Sölden, après-ski is a great way to end a day of skiing here, too. There are 9 ski huts and 3 umbrella bars in the ski area. These are distributed across the ski area, so that no matter where you are, you can find a hut within a very short time. During the day, a visit to the modern restaurant and bar "Top Mountain Star" is worthwhile. Located at 3082 meters directly on the mountain ridge, you have an unforgettable panoramic view of the Alps there. Two of the umbrella bars are located in the valley at the Hochgurglbahn and the Hohe Mut Bahn. The third umbrella is waiting in the middle of the ski area at the base station of the Schermerbahn next to the Topexpress-Gurgl in Hochgurgl.

In a cozy, rustic atmosphere, the ski day can end well, for example, in the Zirben Alm (formerly David's ski hut). This is located at the end of slopes 4a and 5 near the Steinmannbahn base station in Obergurgl and every guest is welcome even after the lifts have closed. The hut can also be reached on foot (about 20 minutes from the village center of Obergurgl). An alternative is the Nederhütte, where even after dusk après ski fun at its best is offered. Here the guests are stoked with live music and on request you are even brought safely down to the valley with the Pistenbully.

But the Hohe Mut Alm is also worth a visit. The rustic interior, high-quality food and an umbrella bar directly in front of the hut offers something for every guest. In addition, several bars and pubs in the village invite you to indulge in après ski.  The Fassl Bar and Toni's Almhütte at the Sporthotel Olymp are definitely worth a visit. If you still feel like partying afterwards, the "Joslkeller" is just the right place.
