A beautiful ski resort with snow skiable late into spring!

The ski resort Obergurgl / Hochgurgl is situated at the end of the Otztal valley. It is comfortably accessible via the Inntalautobahn (Inntal highway) A 12. In order to get to the ski resort situated at 100 km from Innsbruck exit the highway at Ötztal and follow the signs to the ski resort. Parking lots are situated at both base stations. The ski resort Obergurgl / Hochgurgl covers a northern mountainside from 1800 to 3080 m above sea level. This excellent location enables skiing late into spring. 7 tow lifts, 12 chairlifts and 4 gondolas ad up to a total of 23 lift facilities and reaches an uphill capacity of 37.000 people per hour. Therefore waiting times hardly ever occur. The slopes offer lots of diversity so boarders and skiers of any ability level will get their moneys worth
