The ski resort Rossfeld offers only two very short trails for advanced skiers (marked red). Very demanding slopes (marked black) cannot be found in the small German ski resort. The Rossfeld ski resort is perfect for beginners to learn new skills that can help them ski other large skiing-areas. On the other hand there´s really nothing for experts to be discovered at the Rossfeld. No demanding descents, no racing or training slopes and no outback trails. Experts are better off visiting the larger and more demanding ski resorts in Austria. Saalbach-Hinterglemm or Obertauern for instance provide a great selection of challenging slopes.
