The search for some serious kickers, rails or even a half pipe in “Schladming” will be in vain. This, of course, dilutes a real snowboarder’s pleasure. Just because there is no terrain park to be found does not turn “Schladming” into a totally uninteresting place for board riders. Although, there are hardly any baby/beginner lifts, which make things easier for snowboard novices, the great variety of slopes make this resort a nice place to ride. The terrain is comfortably wide, so that snowboarders, as well as, skiers can smoothly ride along, without getting under each others feet. Due to the lacking terrain park, more than 3 stars are not possible in this category.
