For freestylers visiting the valley of “Alta Pusteria” the “Haunold” area is first choice. Because neither at the “Helm” nor at the “Rotwand” a fun park or at least a half pipe are prepared, all fun park fans will have to go to the family ski resort of “Haunold” for better or worse. Here you’ll find a small park with a kicker and a rail. The ski resort above “Innichen” (1175 m) is suitable for learning snowboarding, because almost all runs are really wide and easy. Snowboarders and skiers will practically never get in each others way. Experienced snowboarders and most of all fans of deep powder snow will be better served with the mountain “Helm”. There the slopes are much more demanding and you can ski off-piste as well.
