The resort „Rotwand“ offers a lot to be discovered and experience by kids. The gigantic snowmen, a ride with a reindeer sleigh (daily, except Mondays, from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.), a tubing run with rubber tires, a magic carpet, a 5,5 kilometers long toboggan run and many things more are offered to your youngest ones at the resort. The advantage is that all theses activities take place on the plateau right beneath the mountain station oft he gondola, so that parents can always keep an eye on their children. With the easy run Nr. 4 starting there children can also do there first steps with skis in this area. All families with kids who are already a little more experienced in the field of skiing can check out the category red run alongside the „Kreuzberg“ t-bar-lift. Should parents feel like taking off for a while without their kids, we can warmly recommend the demanding base area descent „Rotwand“ (Nr.3) and the two category black „Holzwiese“ runs (Nr. 3a/b).
